How early do I need to place an order?

It is better to make an order with at least 2 days of advance. Otherwise, we may not have time or material to make your desired product.

Can I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, give us at least 3 days of advance before the date of the order. We do not charge for cancelation if it is given 3 days before the order, however, if it is made with less than 3 days, we charge the 50% of the payment. This 50% is the first payment advance when you place your order. 

Can I customise cakes?

We do not make thematic cakes or wedding cakes. We do not use fondant in our cakes. 

What are the delivery fees?

Our delivery fee is 10 AUD. We do not perform deliveries for orders with less than 50 AUD without considering the delivery fee.

Is there a pickup location?

You may pick-up our products in 8A Mary street, Rhodes.

What about my allergies?

Possible allergens are described within the ingredients of our products. In case of a specific allergy, contact us so we can verify your special needs.

What are the payment options?

We work with bank transferences. You may opt to pay 50% in advance and 50% when we deliver the product, or you may pay 100% in advance. Contact us in order to get the best payment option for you.

Can I get a quote for a wedding or event?

Contact us directly so we can give a proper quotation for these events. Prices can be lowered if a great quantity of products is made. We also help you design our packaging for our candies according to your specifications.
